  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Air Travel offers a 1-year warranty on all suitcases and backpacks:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as broken zippers, faulty wheels, or structural damage under normal use.
  • It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • If your item is defective, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
